Morning!

As most of you know, The Bitch is a Customer Service Rep for a home/auto insurance company. On a daily basis, she deals with all that corporate bullshit I left behind almost 20 years ago. Yesterday, she had one of those moments where your superior asks you a question about company procedure & your 1st thought is "Aren't you the boss? Shouldn't YOU know?". It always reminds me of back when I was promoted from Office Clerk to Dock Supervisor at the trucking company I was working for. I had ZERO experience & it was all very new to me, so I asked one of my dockmen how something was done. He replied: "It's not my job to educate Management." He was fucking with me, but that statement is just so fucking true. It may be my favorite quote of all time

Anyway, I'm only awake because one of our dogs had a coughing/hacking fit in bed

I was half asleep when he started & for a couple of minutes, I kinda incorporated the noise into the dream I was having

I got him some water & he's fine & sleeping like a log. Of course, now I'm wide awake

I do have to run to the store for my mom because I apparently bought the wrong kind of kitty litter
