Good Morning, 10 Days Until Xmas! (Dec-16)

Good morning!

The good thing about working from home is you can shop when others are not. Today, I go mall shopping with my brother-in-law after an aborted trip a couple of days ago. I've done some on-line shopping but this is my first trip to the mall for the holidays. When your kids are 16 and 19 it is easy to shop. They either want money or gift cards (except for some bad ass hair straightener my daughter wants).

My blog network is in it's infancy. In my network setup, I lost the stand alone blog that I was going to use as a template so I am recreating that. It's almost finished.

I hope you have a great day and that you get a few sales you didn't expect (from programs that still remember how to send out cheques [or cheques like you Yanks like to say]).

I am so not ready for Christmas.

We got lots of snow again last night and I have to take my step-daughter to daycare. This will be fun.

It's supposed to actually get warm here today and stay warm through the weekend. Actually yesterday afternoon warmed up, for a few hours, enough for use to take a walk around the beach area yesterday afternoon.

Been getting some pretty huge copays and deductibles in the mail from having leg surgery. Our medical system sucks green donkey dicks.

Doing the gym thing plus some errands once the temps get past the sixties and then just another thrilling day of being glued to the computer.

Good morning world

Yep, supposed to get back into the 70s today so the windows may wind up wide open again. But for some reason it seems the DNS services are off-kilter somehow this morning and everything is loading very slowly or throwing up 'server can't be found' error messages. Not just my sites but this one, cnn and lots of others. I use the Google public DNS servers plus four others from Comcast so no idea what's going on. But for now I'll be working at what feels like dial-up speed waiting for things to load.

Wishing everyone a nice, fast-loading day.

P.S. Since everything is so slow I'm watching the classic movie Thief in HD on Cinemax. Great cast and Tangerine Dream soundtrack too.

Bah Humbug. Sales yesterday were 1/2 what they were the month before, I hate the holidays for porn sales. I've got a cold and have not felt like working for the past two days since I've felt crappy. </rant>

Mixing it up today and submitting stuff in niches other than for women (since I'm sure that isn't the most porn buying niche right before Christmas) and see how it goes.

Hoping everyone is doing better than Mrs. Grumpy Pants me.

Went over mid month stats and they Fucking Suck! Worst then last year at this time and the economy is better, wtf

All memberhip gains in the first half of this year to my AVS sites have now fallen back to Dec 09 levels, wtf

This week ccbill ratios (all sites combined) are at 1:38,000 this week. As a comparison it was 1:11,000 last year for same period. These are the worst fucking ratios ever in 8 yrs with ccbill, wtf
