Hump Day! 2018.09.05

Good morning.

It's hard to believe it's the middle of the week already.

In Toronto, we are going to have a record high 32C today. Needless to say I will be inside for most of the day.

My self medicating with CBD continues to work. Half my head which was clogged for 2+ years is starting to drain. I still have ear ringing but it is high pitched and therefore not too annoying. I am actually doing normal things now like yard work and other chores around the house. I can see "feeling normal" in a few months. My wife and I plus friends are going on a trip to Ireland at weeks end so I'll have to stop the CBD while I am away but this is all going in the right direction so I am very happy.

Same old today but I need to start thinking about packing. Have a great day!
