Your index has a fair amount of horizontal scroll. On the gallery pages, I wouldn't use the same text blurb on both. Create something a little different on the second one.

To me, the color scheme hurt my eyes, try a more soothing approach with softer colors.
Also, your banner ad on the galleries mention something about "anal sex", yet your galleries do not convey that message. Try to have compliant advertising that goes along with your galleries.
