Cool Welcome to trapped in my house by UPS Tuesday 080911

Today was supposed to be a gym and errands day but as often happens things don't always go as planned.

Knowing that UPS likes to just leave packages on my doorstep and this year robberies in our neighborhood are up I'm stuck home waiting for UPS which will be here sometime before 7 PM today to deliver my brand new Lumax TS3 free camera courtesy of Panasonic warranty exchange.

I guess I'll be getting a lot of work done today since there ain’t anything else to do today whilst waiting.

It's kinda sad that we have to worry about having stuff stolen off of our doorstep. I guess that's what happens when the economy implodes.

Good morning world

Just back from an 8 o'clock run to make a bank deposit and go to grocery store. Glad I won't have to do any shopping for a few weeks, but not so glad I probably won't have to go to the bank for a while too. I don't know about you, but once I've made whatever the bigger deposits are for that month I sort of feel like the month is over. Sure, there's still plenty of work to do, but with just smaller checks coming in the rest of the month I feel like I'm almost working for free.

Oh well, at least there are no riots down here (and having one would be so very unlikely).

A good day wished to all.

Morning All

Getting ready to submit my first site today, wondering how many typing errors I'm going to make due to my finger. Not sure if only posted on FB, but when I went to make soup on Sunday, I decided to use my food processor to chop the potatoes. When I picked up the blade to clean it, I tried to slice off the tip of my right ring finger.

Yesterday's butterfly bandage wasn't on tight enough, and felt like the top of my finger was trying to come off, so I have it down tight, and another bandage holding it. I seem to keep having to correct 9's for o's and i's.

Probably should have broken down and gotten stitches when I first did it, but too late now. Stitches in the end of my finger sounded like hell to me. I've kept from having to get stitches 2 other times by closing wounds with butterfly bandages, so keeping fingers crossed it works.

Other than that, life is boringly normal for me. Have a good day all!

Good morning. Just going to spend some time this morning trying to get my lion install to a point I can work and live in it completely. I'm still restarting a lot of the time to get to a few things.

Wow... So I just went on a tangent and it took me over an hour to get back to typing this morning message.

Well think I just nailed down some easy projects. Mainstream and adult. Yah! Now it's time to talk to this designer and see how this one theme is coming for wordpress. Big project that needed something custom.

So last night I just watched a ton more Breaking Bad and earlier in the night saw Horrible Bosses movie. I thought it was alright. Which was my thoughts on it at first. However, all the talk from people saying it was awesome I think created possibly unreasonable expectations for it. Oh well.

Time to get going on shit.

I would still be stuck home waiting for it. Actually I'm not sure if this one needs a sig or not but either way I want to be home for it.
