They are downloading your page and then re-serving it with their ad from their server.

You could try blocking their URL using htaccess, but I'm not sure it would be worth the trouble.

Ask them to anonymouse this page.

I thought I was safe being as I'm using Mozilla with popup blocker turned on but somehow it still took control of Mozilla and was just going insane. I ended up having to open my task manager and kill Mozilla. LOL
