Linking to your mainstream sites from your adult sites. Good idea?

I can tell you I ran this test on a few of my sites and believe it or not my SERPS went way down. SO in my own opinion NOPE not a good idea.

It does. Been there, done that and so have a few others that I know. All with the same negative results.
