I got home last night and will have pictures later today. Even my wife came home last night Most Mothers and even Fathers know how it is when they finally come home with a new baby. The last thing they want is family hanging around.

Damn, I have a lot to catch up on.

Up early again mostly do to this splint which is driving my crazy and giving me hand cramps. Going to the doctor this morning and if he gives me his smug attitude again about how I must have messed up his work and he is not part of my Aetna plan I'm just going to ask him for my records so that I can go see a doctor will to help me. As far as I can tell he didn't repair the tendon correctly and now is unwilling to fix his mistake because he may not get paid by Aetna or at least not as much money as he would like to get.

Got someone bringing me down Two 55 gallon plastic drums that I'm going to use for fuel storage before next year's storm season. Going to also buy a roll of neoprene fuel line plus whatever fittings I need and do a gravity feed to my generator that I can roll out as needed so I don't have to be refueling the generator each day. Chris found a place that will deliver 100 gallons of fuel so before next season I'll just have them come out and fill them. Going to make a little enclosure out of cement blocks far away from my house for them.

Morning! I'm up early for a change!! Well I didn't sleep all night either. There is a bad gang that is all of a sudden after my son. The police won't do anything I had them out twice last night. The impression I got from them is until there is a dead body in the street they can't do nothing, and I'm highly pissed off..... This gang is a bad group of thugs, sell crack, smoke crack etc. Had two car loads of them show up at my house. I did my best to let them know they don't scare me, and also told them with you mess with my kids you have screwed up big time. It's a fucking mess and I'm really worried about my son. Goddamn these bratt kids whose parents never gave a shit. I felt like grabing them all and smacking them.
Well that is my rant for today damn the cops and these thugs

We've (me and my co-workers from the daytime job) had a little "team building" trip to Leuven (biggest student city in Belgium) yesterday evening. We all got really drunk and ended up spending the night in someone's dorm, I felt 19 years old again
But because I didn't have much sleep I should really get a few hours of sleep right now.

Saw the doctor. He agreed with me that the finger is not getting better and will need more surgery. I showed him the list of Aetna approved doctors and had him help me pick one that he knew and got my medical records. Will be seeing the new doctor on the 30th which was as soon as he had an opening. Should be easy enough to fix the tendon again but then I will need to wear a splint again for four weeks but in the meantime I have decided to go splintless so besides having a middle finger that doesn't work correctly at least I'm no longer in discomfort.

Cleo, careful. You may want to at least split your finger to your right finger so that it doesn't fly aorund and cause more damage, or apply the old popsicle stick to keep it from wandering. Take care, you only get two hands

I am up, working on some issues to make the government happy (they didn't like one of my tax forms, not a big deal, just a little extra work I didn't need), and then I will be off to setup all the new partner accounts on findpics. I am also working on some new sites and for the first time in a long time I will be building out a whole pile of new free sites.

Alex the finger works but doesn't straighten up all the way. When I try to straighten up all my fingers it gets stuck at about a 30 degree angle.

Cleo keep in mind that if the tendon does sever, it can act like a piano wire that breaks, when I had my hand surgery the Dr was telling me he had to look in some guys elbow area for a the tendon that was suppose to be in his hand.

I'd wear the splint unless the Dr said other wise.
