PHP and MySQL work needed ASAP

The guy I originally hired to do this has disappeared again.
My project is www.tijuana-tonight.com

I need a script written that checks a database for posted pictures then re posts in the correct (non public) database if approved
I would like posting photos to be a 3 part process where they need to write a review for the business that is sponsoring them, write a review on themselves then post their photo
when looking at the photos I would like the Sponsoring Businesses name and the models name included with links to there reviews
I want to show number of people surfing
Number Pages displayed to date
Number of people that have registered
Number of girls that have entered the girl next door contest
Number of girls that have entered the Sexy Tijuana Girl contest

I also have a script that needs to be installed that will keep members from voting more that once a day

Other work I need but am not in a big hurry for
I frames removed from the photo rating script
All photos popup inside the templet
A web site search function
