The love of my life partner and interpreter is sick her energy level has been going down hill for the last couple months. I'm used to her butchering English the last couple trips we made to Tijuana I could tell she was butchering Spanish too.
She finale went to the Doctor it's most likely cancer, slight chance that something has gone wrong with a kidney donation she did a couple years ago.
Bottom line She's very enimic, pissing blood and having tons of tests and we won't know exactly what the deal is until the 10th of December and we no longer have her income to float our boat.
So I no longer have the luxury of screwing around until I figure out what works
I asked for specific marketing advice once before in this forum feeling safe and secure thinking no one but me is going to be crazy enough to crawl into the belly of the beast and market Tijuana Whores knowing that Tijuana and specifically the red zone is home to two of the biggest drug cartels in the world (There are more homicides in Tijuana annually than any other city in Mexico)
I was rewarded that time with a board member starting a fake Tijuana Whore site. So fair warning don't Fuck with me, my whores or my income I WILL GET EVEN

Could You take a look at www.tijuana-tonight.com and make any suggestions for improvement. I redid the index page yesterday
So far this month I have had 2344 Unique visitors (all filtered from Search Engine traffic)
8 paid members have joined
35 military
14 have registered for free.
We are finding it more difficult than I originally guessed to get girls to send in their photos
I think getting more girls in the contests will improve my numbers, not sure how to get people to start writing reviews.

Tijuana Whore Mongers (The most popular Tijuana Whore Monger Forum has had 4,250 people register in the last year)
San Diego Sailors and Marines (60,000 stationed in San Diego County, I have very strong emotions when it comes to this portion of my target market 9 Camp Pendleton Marines have died in Irac in the last week)

California Hispanics (One quarter of the states population)
I'm keeping these members on separate e-mail lists for future marketing

Sorry to hear about your partner Pat.

If I were you I'd cut out that text about members online, paid mmbers, etc. When you are small or starting out don't advertise your smallness.

I always figure the first place to start, whenever you are trying to rescue or rebuild a business project, is to carefully analyse what has worked so far, and then concentrate on the things you know have produced cash-in.

Other than that, your post has too much info to know where to suggest you start.

The Chicago Club is having their 33ld Aniversery and Mexican Independance Day party Tonight and Tomorrow Night, I'm Chaperoning a group of Sailors tonight and a group of Webmasters tomorrow night.
Going to park the old lady in the hotel next door that way the girls can stop by and say hi and I wont be getting myself in any trouble
