 I've got a big project to put the final touches on today & then after that, I'll be cleaning the Pool House in prep for tomorrow's big Sabres/Hurricanes game. It's already rumored that NBC will turn the game off at 5 & the rest of it will be on OLN if it's not completed because a 3 minute horse race at 6 is SO MUCH MORE FUCKING IMPORTANT! I can't wait to write up that complaint email  Other than that & the Red Bull guy bringing me 15 cases of loving, I've got nothing  |

I've got a few bits of work to finish up and then I'm hopping in the truck, and heading to Georgia for the weekend, with a quick stop in Jax to pick up my sis. No kids and No husbands..
 We're going up to attend the Georgia Ren Fest and oogle all the big swords (damn DocHolly..you are a bad influence ) Should be lots of fun!

Morning all,
Rainy and cold today. I decided I can't stay behind so I'm setting my first steps into the world of blogging, got a lot of reading to do so I know how to keep myself busy this weekend  I have VIP invitations for a party the richest man of our town is organizing. His company celebrates it's 30th birthday so he's giving a party for about 4000 people from who 500 are VIPs. So lots of free boozing and eating will be going on tonight Other than that it's just your usual Friday. Have a good weekend all! |

Damn GG...15 cases of Red Bull...wow! No wonder you get so much done, but I hope that's not just for this weekend. Fonz - sometimes those kinds of parties can be a lot of fun, and I think you'll enjoy blogging once you get past the little learning curve (not bad). Tart - we used to do that RenFest every year when I lived in Atlanta! We'd go out there a lot while it was open each year. The performers campground had some interesting parties at night. Up insanely early because I'm taking my youngest cat in to be spayed and get all of her shots. This is the cat that Talia gave me and that my neighbor has the sister. I named her Mystic and since Talia is a Pagan who lets you know that she is a Pagan within one minute of meting her and she gave us the cats we joke that they are Pagan cats.
Other than that just rebuilding all the RAIDs that Angel's cat unplugged part of the RAIDs and then Angel ran for a few weeks with half the RAID's slices turned off. Probably going to get some time away from the computer screen today since my eyeballs feel like hair has started growing on them and go relax in my neighbor's spa/pool for a few hours.  I see that Apple opened their NY store that looks more like a temple of the holy followers of Steve. |

My wife's sisters are arriving today for what seems like a weekend long baby shower. My big job for the weekend is to keep all 6 of our dogs either in my office or our bedroom Seems like it is going to be a really long weekend. |

Morning.. Considering I didn't get in until 3am..i'm up kinda early..  but life goes on and goddess knows my holy grail cup needs to be filled..  Tart: If you meet up with my son in ATL, that's a short sword. You know there was a much more active adult wm community in ATL and Seattle than there is here in Vegas. We have the Sin City Chamber but it is mostly sex workers/dancers and sex shop workers that go. They really don't related to the global expanse of the web. Well, now that the more productive member of my staff is wandering around the backyard with a cone around his neck looking for new places to shit, I just don't know how I'm going to get anything done. As much as I feel sorry for his present condition, I do get a good laugh at watching him trying to eat with that idiotic looking device hitting his dish, holding him just out of reach of his food. Ah yes, it's the simple things in life that bring me joy.
Other than that, it's plenty of rain and a new tub installation in my immediate plans.

Another exciting day in Montreal. So exciting in fact that I am going to go to Toronto for a couple of hours. (yes, a couple of hours... in one car, drive for 5 hours, do some stuff for about 3 hours, then drive back - a nice short trip). Gotta pick up some electronics that I can't get at a decent price here, plus some chinese food from the largest chinese mall in eastern canada (Pacific Mall) and perhaps dinner with one of my friends... and then right back.
I got the second piece of the work I, umm, commissioned last week to two design companies. Neither of them is active right now (that is the project for the weekend) but in both cases I have been more impressed with the professionalism and speed at which the projects happened. When the end results are visible I will post more about it, but I just have to say that things went really well and I am quite impressed all around. Anyway, so I will be on the road in a while... everyone have an interesting day Alex |

Good Morning all.
Heading down the Buffalo way later this afternoon for the weekend. My daughter has a dance recital/competition at Grand Island which is close enough to Greenguy's house that I'll be cheering for the Sabres (I'm still sad they beat my Senators) with Greenguy and crew tomorrow afternoon. And before you all jump on me, my daughter's dance thing doesn't start until Sunday so yes it is okay that I go watch the hockey game while the wife shops.  |

Wow it's interesting starting my day so early. I'm getting like nothing done since I'm walking around in a sleep deprived fog.
Cat really didn't like her first trip to the vet and probably is going to hate me for a few days after I pick her up this afternoon minus her ovaries but this does mean that I will not have to engage in kinky Q-Tip sex with her ever. Waiting for my neighbor to finish his shower so that we can go grocery shopping together and then back home to start the rebuild on Angel's final RAID rebuild. |
