Free Sites question
I have 4 questions:
1. To how many LL do you submit a free-site and how much traffic this site receives in the first week (per day)? 2. Do you submit free sites to adult serach engines(i've saw a ton of adult se listed on resource sites). If yes how's the traffic ? 3. After you submit a site to LLs how's the traffic after, let's say, a month ? You receive more hits or less ? 4. How many free sites do you guys have ? PS: I've forget to introduce myself. I'm Chris and my main project is 5buckcontent.com Thank you ! |

1 - my warning page templates have 10-16 recips on them, depending on the layout. The main thing to remember when putting up recips is to not use so many that they page looks like shit. As far as traffic, I haven't really kept an accurate track in a few years.
2 - I'm told it's always better to let the SE's find you - their traffic is fantastic  3 - Traffic is always better at 1st, but the listings last longer than galleries on TGP's 4 - a lot  |

This thread makes me think that there's something I'm not getting - or maybe I'm getting it, but just doing a really shitty job.
AW, are you saying that you only submit to 18-21 LLs/day? Are you making any money from so few submissions? (I know you are because I read your "1000 dollar" thread ) Currently I'm submitting to 120+ LLs/day and making diddley squat...And the whole mirroring thing. What I do is duplicate my index page (with different recip table obviously) and put it into it's own folder so it's a "real" index page. LL owners seem to be happy with this. Right now I'm making 16 such duplicate indexes/freesite. Is this mirroring? Sorry if this is somewhat of a threadjack, but if anyone would care to enlighten me the answers should be of interest to the OP as well. |

I submit to about 100 LLs, but most of the traffic you will see come from about 20 or so of them...I do the rest because you never know where that sale is going to come from!
I guess I could save myself a bit of work, but every LL I submit to does give me some traffic & that's why I keep them on my list. The "big boys" (and girls!) do account for about 75 -80% of my traffic. as for mirroring, I make a separate folder & have each page duplicated (index, main, gal1 gal2) so each index has a whole site in the folder.
