Help me, Please!
Please have a look at my TGP gallery (listed at Hun):
http://www.veux-baiser.com/guests/tg/so02_04/hun.html I can not believe - 120,000 unique visitors and not even one signup. Could it be so difficult to sell amateur single girl site? I must be doing something terribly wrong, either with gallery, site or both? Thanks in advance! Dag |

NO! Im not a female - but being a dragon, I do eat them.
|
Just a quick observation - youre giving away too much for free - 15-20 pics and no other links except to something that pays - why would they go to a paysite when they get it all for free from you

Took the hint.
|
dobermann, too much free content, connected to a paysite that honestly has no real sales pitch (which I found a link to the site, it was direct to the join page).
SELL! SELL! SELL! Why is this girl special? What makes her different? What does she do? Where is she from? Does she like other girls? Figure out her niche, and then sell like mad. There was more than enough free content easy to find for most punters to get off. Why pay for what is pretty much free? Alex |

Dag- From your gallery, it is too easy for people to access the other free content that you offer. The content is very nice, and I'm sure that people are sucking it all up.
While you learn the tgp game, you might want to try & limit your losses with smaller file sizes and immediate access to the other content available. Try sending them to the front of your site instead. One more thing- your join page is a little confusing. It says AB Billing, but also All transactions are processed through CCBILL.com. Your credit card statement will billed as CCBILL.com I personally would hesitate before handing over my credit card- I want to know who is getting my information. |

You're giving too much away for free. I hardly noticed the join button...if I were just looking at it I would think it was a big free gallery instead of a tour to join a paysite.

In my experience with thehun i dont think softcore converts that good. Better chance in converting there with some nice hardcore action.

Show them the 15 pics and link to the paysite with a TOUR. You need to surf the other galleries on thehun and see what others are doing. And another thing. You got that first gallery listed on thehun? I suppose there is lots of free stuff. |

They have the Internet on computers, now?

I am newer than most tgp posters here (and I mainly post movies infact) but there are a couple of things I picked up during my own trials and errors.
1. Your gallery, if it is softcore, should market the girl. Make the surfer feel that he is a part of the life of the model. Let him get to know her. I've had excellent results when writing the marketing text from the point of view of the girl. 2. It is also an excellent idea to NOT link directly to the tour. But the free samples you give away should be made to tease. For instance 5-6 250*350 images with text inticing them to join on a page have worked wonders. For instance, my last post on the hun was promoting teenhitchhikers and yeilded 9 direct signups through this method. 3. It is never a good idea to let an interested surfer get away. I usually link to various other teaser pages on my main teaser page on different niches. That yeilded another 6 signups plus a lot of new bookmarkers to my own free sites. Of course, you are promoting your own site, but if you really want to make the most out of your surfer, think about joining up for a couple of sponsors who provide something different than you do and if they don't buy from you, try and sell them something else! Specially on TGP traffic from the big guys, it does real wonders! |

And oh... did I mention.. if you are a bit smart, these teaser pages will soon get some nice search engine traffic and you'll make even more money from that, long after your gallery has been removed from the front page!

Operator! Give me the number for 911!
|
Get rid of more free samples, sell more or at least make a catchy enter line to visit the tour. And then the tour...
That tour is possibly the least inspiring ever and I just cant see why anyone would bother to signup for it. I looked at it couldnt fathom out a) what the site was about, and b) why I would want to join. Remember you have on average 8 seconds to grab their attention, I was clicking back within about 3 or 4 I reckon.

I don't think changing the pics to grayscale will help entice subscribers...you really should reduce the number of sample pics and emphasize the "join now" button.

Lonewolf Internet Sales

I've not had much success with listings on TheHun for sites that aren't heavy duty hardcore content. My last listing had 4000 click throughs to the sponsor tour over the first three days and ZERO sales. The same gallery had converted at better than 1:400 when posted to a number other TGP's.
