I have come to 2 conclusions with you. 1) You don't read posts. 2) You read but just don't understand and assume things. NEVER did Captain say that affiliates aren't important, just that they aren't our main income source. Don't assume things. Affiliates are important and it's Captains job to contact them to get them making cash with the program and he's doing a damn good job. |

If an affiliate manger quits there, they are bad reps. We have many tools to offer so if an affiliate doesn't like one, we can offer them more. Last edited by Josh@MetalCash; 2006-03-30 at 03:11 PM.. |

you certainly are smarter than the captainobvious fellow in your employment, you should probably be doing the rep'ing and posting and not that doofus with a shitpot attitude and a lack of communication skills. for what its worth you dont know me, if you did, you'd know I almost finished a degree in literature and am quite capable of reading and understanding most posts, especially finding subtext, as I've done with what your friend has written. |

Tons of people are different, this is the internet, it's hard to read people. Captain says things like he means them. Affiliates aren't everything, he is right, that doesn't mean they aren't important which is exactly what he said and I know that's exactly what he means. Subtext on the internet is like a blind woman playing guess your cock size with your pants still on. Emotions don't exist on the internet, impossible to read. |

From what I'm reading here, the problem seems fairly obvious (pun intended) - the people who run Metal Cash are a bunch of unbelievably ignorant cunts who don't have enough affiliates to make their program worth running, so they're spending their afternoon here continuing this piss thread in order to draw attention to themselves. A roadkill racoon's ass which as been rotting in the sun for three days would leave a better taste in my mouth than Metal Cash's performance here today.
I've had a few sponsor reps hit me up in the past with nothing more than a "hey there, I'm your rep, let me know if you need anything" and they always know enough to leave me alone when I don't express any interest. Good on 'em. But that CaptainOrifice dude is one dumb fucker. That, or he's just starved or attention. He's a neglected child wandering around looking for hugs. It's all so sad.

Just you implying that affiliates aren't making money with my program isn't cool. And like I said before it's hard to tell what people actual imply over the internet so I could be wrong with you saying that people aren't making a good income with my program and assuming that you mean everyone above him. |

Aw, Dad, you've done a lot of great things, but you're a very old man, and old people are useless
|
OK, let me get this right to make sure I can read and understand.....
This started as "I want to help you" and turned into the "dont be an asshole" remark. Seems somebody missed a few lessons in Basic Customer Service 101. Anybody that worked for me that did that would be out the door immediately. But the thing that I find the most offensive is Josh coming in and trying to back him up and justify his inexcusable behaviour. If it we me and I was the bos there, I would be coming in trying to clean up the mess that had been made, not jumping in the ring to sling punches myself. I do run an affiliate program and realize that not only are my affiliates also my customers, they rank right up there as the most important. I just dont see how anybody could miss that. Is it just me??
