Slight PimpRoll/Adult Elite stats problem

If any PR/AE reps are around maybe they can help me. I've emailed PR about this a few months back and it's still happening, and have noticed that I'm having the same problem with AE (and it's still occuring with PR as far as I know)

When I make a sale my sales increase (as they should) but it doesn't show money earned. In PR the same occurs but also my PimpPoints increase (thats the easiest way for me to gauge that I've made a sale because of the problem). The cheques look good, I'm still getting paid, I'm just not seeing the correct stats.

I know atleast one other board member who has had this problem. I would love to promote both programs further but I need to see my money increase in the stats to stay motivated

Hi, I do the affiliate support for both programs. Sometimes that issue does pop up and it's a pain. Can you send me your pimpID and aeID directly to tom [at] pimproll.com and I'll send it directly to the stats guy.

I think it happens due to a garbled product code coming back or something. But thankfully it always shows the sale happened, and points go up etc. and payout is good. But still, we'll get the correct $$ inserted for you ASAP.

I should also mention it only happens with the Rev Share codes. Sales $ show correctly with PPS.
