How do you find a good programmer?
Its not easy I know. Some of the outsourcing services they have won't do adult programs. Where do you look? How do you know if they are any good or not?

Electra from past experience just make sure you have the whole job in writting, with timeframe and price... get a contact with whom ever you chose to work with... my 2cents:-)
