Yikes...yea, that's a damn long time to wait. But, it also depends on your connection speed. If you're on dial up or really slow dsl, those times might be about right.

I'm on a 16mb connection, so 30 sec clips take around 4 or 5 secs to d/l. Your times will vary depending on how fast you hook up

Duh, forgot to answer your question

If the server is lagging to where it's d/ling at less than 30kb/sec, I'd probably pass on the site. However, what I usually do is review a few more sites and check it again. I can't recall the last time I kicked a site for being too slow.
