Didn't O&A do something like this back in the day too? They never got sued, what are people thinking. This DJ, is an idiot imho, and un-original, but I do not think the station should be sued, they did give her a 100 Grand, it was just a candy bar, he never said it was money. |

The law never ceases to amaze me, but as long as he never said one hundred thousand dollars, I'd think they'd be safe. He did say "100 GRAND RICHER" and that may be their downfall. That insinuates cash wealth, but who knows. Kind of crazy that someone would sue over it considering all she ever did was call them to win. Not like they made her embarass herself publicly with some dumb stunt.

LOL me and my friends used to do shit like this. We would bet someone (friend most of the time) anything like twenty bucks. And if we lost would start bucking around like a wild horse lol
