Accepting Galleries

i want to set up a link site to start accepting galleries and free-sites

what software script best serves that purpose?

Working on this myself. I am making a mysql database and gonna use PHP to insert a row into my database.

Does anyone know if you can still buy scripts from JMB Software? I do know that he's not updating or offering support anymore. They have LinkX for Link Lists & TGPX for TGP's, but I use TGPX on my lesbian Link List Sunshine Lesbians & it works just fine.

My other Link Lists use the now defunct Link Admin, so that's not an option anymore

I'm pretty sure you can still buy them. I've read some posts from other people that have bought them in the past 2-3 months.

I've been thinking about trying out TubeX. However, I'm concerned about putting time into something with no customer support or updates. A lot of people are using those products, so you can often find someone to help. But if you get stuck, you're screwed.

Anyways, you can probably get a definitive answer to your question at their official and unofficial support forums.

I am not sure what this site is about but looks like contributers are updating the JMB scripts and they can be downloaded.

Jeremy has turned over the code and it is now available for free using the Apache license.

I heard someone say that the jmb softies wasnt compatible with new/future php versions - wonder if this open source project to maintain it changes that (else itd still be a short term measure to use them)

I am using the latest version of PHP. You have to make a few changes to the code. They are detailed on the new site and quite simple to do.
