Jim, you might want to drop a line back to adam at sexsearch... that link isn't part of the adbrite thing at all... the fusker dudes look to have signed up as an affiliate, and are re-routing the traffic through another domain to wash the refering URL.

Hey Guys,

Just heard about this thread. We do business with adbrite/avnonline. We did have links on fusker and they are now pulled.
I have informed adbrite that they need to remove fusker from their list of publishers before we will do further buisness with them. The last time I informed them that one of their publishers was shady they removed them quickly.
I am checking to see if fusker does indeed have an affilaite account with us. If they do, it will be cut.
We will not do buisness with fusker or anybody doing biz with them.

Just an update. Adbrite/AVNads no longer does business with Fusker. They are a stand up company and like me once they found out how these guys generate traffic they cut them.

But ultimately Its my personal opinion they should be proactive in watching their accounts.

Boogie, one thing I learned long ago in this business: Until people complain, most programs don't give a rats ass WHERE the traffic comes from. I am sure many of them woudl take toolbar redirections of disney and nickleodeon traffic provided they could find some fool to buy it.

AVNads and Adbrite are doing what is traditionally done: When someone bitches, take action. Until then, DO NOTHING. I don't think it is willful blindness, just a "don't care" attitude until someone turns up the heat - and even then, adbrite's original response was classic "it's not our problem, buy a bigger door lock" stuff.

I am hoping that other programs see the level of frustration that exists with these fusker sites, and move to block them within their T&C and in reality.

More adbrite.

Most of the fusker sites out there are running adbrite / AVNads.

Can you please take care of this already?

That tells me adbrite was full of shit when they came in here saying they are against fuskers and be diligent in cleaning fuskers out of adbrite, pretty difficult when they are in a partnership with them.
It also tells me AVN was full of shit when they come in here and say they are against fuskers with all the evidence presented they are still in partnership with the devil.

ONLY way to stop it is to Boycott AVN and any one else that has anything to do with Fuskers until they truly stop dealing with them in partnerships.

If you do not Boycott AVN and the such you also enter into the partnership with the devils, and have absolutely no right to bitch about fuskers...for you ARE SUPPORTING THEM
