Flash Embedded Videos
This seems to be the "next big thing". Who is promoting them and and how well is it doing? Also I have so far only found 2 sponsors that have this as a promotional tool. Feel free to shoot me you referral links to any places that have this feature.

at HunkMoney, all our newer free hosted video galleries are flash embedded videos, they do very well!
