Extreme John my partner Collin kept sending me all these sets of girls in uniforms and I left them one side because I was more interested in Billie and Mica's content. Then one day I thought I may as well use it as a filler for the current members I already had and didn't think it would be popular at all. When the sales started I was amazed and called my partner at the studio and told him to shoot more content LOL.

I know it was a strange way to start a pay site but hey I didn't think it was popular at all. Never to old to learn

Last month turned out to be a pretty decent month for me after all. Especially when I consider the fact that I was busy with one of my other businesses and couldn't spend as much time building and submitting as I would have liked to.

Yeah I do very well with the uniform niche. Seems surfers like their babes dressed in silly clothing so that they can watch them take it slowly off.

Nah Kevin not that strange at all to be honest, we have started plenty of sites like that in the past and im sure many other sponsors have as well.

We have 14 sites for the price of one and of the 14 I've found that the my exclusive ones do the best. On two of my exclusives we shoot requests for the members and they love it. They do more promotion for these sites to their friends and chat boards than we do

The strange thing is that I have one site which has half exclusive and this one does extremely well compared to the exclusive ones. It is a uniform and costume niche.

I have a uniform/costume niche site that's just about half exclusive. It was my first site and even without promoting it much well, it still did pretty well. Now that I'm starting to promote it it's starting to climb up the charts. Not a bad niche at all.

I like the micro niches as I'm sure everbody else does

We had a member on Billie Wests site that wanted a shoot of her wearing diapers and when Collin told me this I was totaly against it (stupid Me)

Well he did the shoot and within a week our sales increased and we had these new members asking for more diaper shoots. To cut a long story short we started diaper-girls and this is by far the easiest converting site for us. I only promote it about every 3 weeks yest sales roll in every day.

We also started a free site with pics, movies and forums and in about 6 months have over 5,000 members. I find in these micro niches their is a lot of advertisng done by the members on Yahoo/Google forums.
