I just got my notice in Nov 2009. Thing is I don't remember anything about it. At one time I had a website and used to promote other places with it along with pay per click banners and stuff. But after searching around I couldn't findingmuch info. I even called the number which gave the lawyer's # associated with the case and called them. They couldn't give me much info other than the fact it was an adult site company. They said they don't have info on how I can fnd out like what my account info would be or where to find that at. They also told I could just try to fill out the paper and send it in, just wait and see what happens. Thing is I'm not sure what to put in for amount of $$ or the proof. I didn't find out about this until this year and they filed in 2004 . Anybody here can shed some more light on this.
