Am thinking of selling my PR 3 domain name/website. but not sure how to do it right.

Heya, I was thinking of selling my webcam based website/domain name. I have a PR3 on main page and lots of other pages within site that are pr1-3. There is a Directory with the site(from a free but great directory maker). I use a wordpress blog which is populated with rss feeds atm. Also, has a members area which is sexkey guarded. I have never attempted to sell a website/domain name before and am a bit lost.. any help and ideas would be great!
