First of all, if you see a site and suspect cp it's probably not a good idea to post a link on the board.

Secondly, that looks like a Japanese site marketing to a Japanese audience and probably not subject to American legal age of consent laws.

More importantly - if you have looked at the site(which you intimate in your post) you are now (if you American?) required to report it to the Center for Missing and Exploited children and if you dont you are breaking the law
