does the board have a list of blacklisted LL's?

i noticed one was ***** in a previous thread I made, just curious how many are banned here so i can avoid them.

In the case of ***** the person that owns it annoyed me to the point where I banned his domain from being typed on the board.

As far as some sort of official blacklist, we'd never do that because it's all opinion.
