Can't take much more of this :)
My wife is on the phone with her sister who is getting divorced. So, it looks like an hour or more phone call. Here I am, watching CNN pulling my hair out. I know I'm not alone here but this is going to be a long night.

It's 4:30 am, and cnn is saying that it looks like the dems will take the senate.
Webb is ahead by 11,000 votes, and Tester is ahead by 4,000 votes. It could still flip back to the repugs - but anyway, it's nice to see that at least in theory the dems actually could win the senate. 3 hours ago many were saying it would be close but no cigar for the dems - I go out to see a friend and come back to a bigger dem win than anybody expected. |

Holy Shit, Look what happens after you go to sleep for 4 hours. It does look like the Democrats won both the House and Senate. Still, who knows for sure about the Senate? But so far, so good

Senate race looks like it's still being fixed but the house got a nice sweeping out it seems.
I recorded it last night and now I'm watching the Daily Show Midterm Midtacular this morning. I started with CNN but they're not having enough fun.

CNN was plenty of fun last night. We got to learn that even in a recount, Virginia always goes to the person that looks like they won election night And just the way you could see the Republican's hearts break was worth every minute of CNN.

It looks like both VA and MT are going to be close enough to require recounts. Who knows what tricks the GOP have up their sleeves to try and swing those in their favor. Democrats look to be the apparent leaders in both cases.

Maybe if you were a little less Ned Negative & a little more Pete Positive we'd have already won
