Hardcore niche
I usually do more kinky stuff in the fetish niches.
Now I laid my hands on a shitload of normal hardcore pics and I really need to do something with them. If it's one thing I've learned from the years doing this is to do it right from the start, because I'll never get my lazy ass to change anything once it's online. I got a few issues open for discussion: 1. I suffer from "sponsor stress" when it comes to normal porn. I just can't decide what sites to promote, there's just too many... I know exactly what sponsors to use when it's in my fetish niches, I can tell if a site will sell from just looking at it. But how the hell do you select your hardcore sponsors? 2. How to promote hardcore on free sites? Is it better to promote general hardcore sites or is it better to filter the traffic even more and offer one anal site, one oral site and send the crap traffic to a hub. 3. Reality sites? Does it really work, does the surfer buy it? I mean, it's rather obvious it's all fake. After all it's not that good actors 4. Does the trial price have anything to do with hardcore sites selling or not? From my perspective no. Remeber I've done fetish so far and if it's a good site people will spend $29.95 upfront just to see all the kinky stuff. If you care to coment I would love it If you think it's a lame ass post, think again |

If I were you I'd concentrate on #2 & niche sites. I'm sure you can pull out a bunch of pics & make anal sites, blowjob sites, cumshot sites, etc.
As far as how to go about promoting it, I don't see why the marketing would differ that much from what you're doing now. If you want, you can poke around my stats for ideas as far as sponsors & niches & whatnot |

sounds like you are me a bit in that you do mostly fetish/real nichey stuff and then get lost with the mainstream stuff. For example, I am am not very good at selling teens but give me some out there fetish and I wll have it making money by the end of the week.
So, what I do when I find myself with a ton of general content is I stare at it as long as I can, pick apart the picks and figure out what niche/fetish other than 'hardcore' or 'teen' I can fit it into. That way it is speaking my language. |

Mark... I don't see Triplexcash in your stats anywhere...
Danny, do you build free sites? I think free sites is starting to become a lost art. I used to build one every other day or so when I had some free time on my hands... You might want to give it a shot. *shrug*

Who's Mark?
You'll also not see any partnership programs in there - it's way to hard to figure out the stats with them as far as rebills & trials & whatnot. Also, I edited your sig file - 120x60 max please |

I've made a good living from hardcore for nearly 8 years. That said it's an art and not for the faint of heart.

sarah_webinc - thanks for the advice, I'll tried this for 10 minutes and already come up with a few panty and shoe sites, it never occured to me to "transform" the content
And I'll try to niche it down and make hardcore sites too, that will probably be the best way to go. I started out with free sites, then tried avs:ing and concluded that it made me much more money - and less work - than free sites did. But time changes I guess, so I got to find new(explore old ones...) to make cash. |
