Can you test this page for embedded fonts?

I think I've figured out how to serve fonts from my server inserted of from Google.

Just want to make sure that I have the correct css syntax, especially for IE users.

You should see this if the fonts are embedding correctly

Working properly here in both FF18 and IE9

Excellent that was my two questions that I needed answered.

Wasn't comfortable relying on Google to serve my fonts and then there was the issue with the InPrivate filter.
