Need constructive critisism of 1st Hosted Free Site

If the webmaster applies the same strictness to hosted freesites as he/she does to submitted sites you might have problems.
Potential problem issues: - Thumblike pics on your banners - Inconsistent design - Too many links on galleries I think the site looks nice and would list it.
