Up early again as The Bitch has another Dr's appt. The stitches come out of her eyes this morning & most of the dead skin has flaked off her face, so hopefully it'll be quick.

Spent yesterday at my Dad's & then Emerald & BlueBrit popped into town, so now there's a party at my house

Other than that, I've got nothing

It's hot, it's sticky, it's probably going to rain this afternoon, and it's mosquito infested outside. At least there aren't any hurricanes headed this way.... yet.

I think I'm finally over this bug enough to drag my fat ass to the gym this morning but going to have my morning espresso fix before deciding. Other then that just a day of work and errands planned

Good Morning,

I finally feel better and it looks like the cold/flu is fading away. I spent two days with my wife away from the computer. Between my wifes birthday (14th) and fathers day it was a good weekend.

107 here today and winds. I hired a "new" chick to work in the office for clerical duties. My ex bunkie from that "gated community" needs to beef up her income--legally this time--so I'm giving her some extra work. Should be interesting since I have 12 boxes of unopened mail.

Of course that means I'll have to breakfast her 1st ..so I can see it will be a late start.

didn't do much yesterday-watched Ghost Dog (old Forest Whitaker movie) and then some formula Wil Ferrell flick about basketball.

. I've been buried in two non-adult projects, on top of my usual adult stuff and greenhouse stuff, and realized yesterday afternoon I had stopped coming by in the morning. Bad Ginny, no biscuit.

I got the two big chunks done for the non-adult. A contract mailed out for a proposal for a 3rd, so until that starts up, I'm back to just adult for awhile, yah hoo. So getting ready to go out and water the greenhouse, then submit my galleries and work on my next AVS site.

Read this story in the LA times about No dig gardens. Trying to talk MadHatter into next year doing this. I think this is pretty cool, and would work well since we have soil that is crappy and not good for growing anything, lol.
