Morning
 I've had no leg spasms in the last 16 hours  Of course, the meds I took that just so happened to stop the spasms, are not on my prescribed list, so I have to think of an excuse to tell the doc why I'm taking an unprescribed controlled substance  Just working a bit now while my hands & fingers are cooperating. |

Good morning world
Nice to see a morning thread started by Greenie.  And glad to hear you got a break from your leg spasms a little, even if it did require you to self-medicate. Results are what matters. Rainy day down in The Keys so it's going to be nothing but work for me. Wishing a good weekend-eve to all.  P.S. A little something about stress for a laugh...

So happy it's Friday. I've just been soldiering through while sick. Went to bed really early last night. Hopefully getting lots of rest is helping. I always feel better in the morning. It's around the afternoon that I'll know really if I'm getting better.
At least it's Friday. Going to relax tonight so that hopefully I can be better enough for this yearly xmas party that I really like. Have a good one. Time to get some coffee. |

Good evening,
Did a bit of demolition work before noon and then played on the PS3 for about 6 hours. I think I might have a new addiction Now it's time to watch some TV with the gf. Have a good one all! |
