RSS aggregators

I would like to add an rss aggregator to my site. I would like it to work like the one on this site.

What software do they use. I set up feedonfeeds but it is a little differant.

After looking at feedonfeeds and zfeeder I decided to use zfeeder. I'm trying to adjust it to only show the most recent entry.
