I wouldn't move it, mainly because it has many incoming links.

But if the incoming links all point to the main page of your blog you could move it and use a redirect that most search engines...

You might want to change the menu under the image header, it now has "porfolio" in it, which looks a bit strange on a blog.

The problem is that there is no general accepted and known definition of splog and/or blog. Otherwise a small dropdown menu would be better.
