After a day of rain it's back to sunshine an pool weather here in France. Other than that I've got nothing.

Kind of odd that South Florida is one of the cooler places in the US this week.

Watched the movie Rango and really loved it.



Just a mundane day of work and errands planned for today.

Actually made it here before having to take off to work.

Rango Rocked! Wife and I saw it in the theater and really enjoyed it.

About 1/3 of the way through the Lion download - I miss physical packaging. When Snow Leopard was released, I found it touching that they included a small tuft of Snow Leopard fur. With the digital download, there is no lion fur. Perhaps I'll run down to Lion Country Safari and snatch some off one of the lions there.

Working on some code today and hopefully not having to recover my mac from some update gone wrong. Since my laptop is named Tsavo, installing Lion might be playing with fire.

Next month it will be available on a thumb drive.

Nice day so far (if you like rain). Called my cell carrier to tell them my $230 bill was wrong and with only 20 minutes on hold it was adjusted to just $95. Now if I could just make the same $400+/hour the rest of the day. :D

Really nice day today. Traffic was crazy trying to get to work though.

Afternoon all. Jim has made some youtube friendly animations of our 3D girls, so decided to upload the first one this morning. 5+ hours later, I finally can get on the internet again. What I get for leaving it in avi format and 1.33 gigs. He is also doing some of a 3D man that looks a lot like Hugh Jackman doing a dance. Life is good, now lets hope some of the people who see these go to our sites and sign up. |attention

Other than that, just been setting up my next set of pics in Carrarra, using a set that I swear every object had about 20 shaders that I had to adjust the bump maps/shininess/highlights for all of them. Gave me something to do while waiting for the video to upload.

That sums my day up.

I was so hoping for that on the plane ride from mexico to los angeles! Just got some reruns of modern family. So that's wasn't all that bad. From costa rica to mexico we got soul surfer. Fuck the acting in that was BAD. I only stuck it out because of my hawaii fetish. So I just more focused on the waves and the look and feel of the movie.

Nice. I'm going to be installing the server version tomorrow on a partition to kick the tires of everything. Really looking forward to things. I know in the way the sharing to windows works they ditched I believe samba. They are using some tech they wrote to share to windows computers. So it's their own smb stack or something.

Fuck it feels good to be home. Tripped out as the place was CLEAN CLEAN. Which I thought I had forgot to leave the cleaning lady a key. Which turns out I did. My neighbor let her in though. So I'm so thankful for that.

Tomorrow I'll be up and adding/reviewing plus begin more working on loads of new blogs. Time to pull the train out of the station. |headbang|

In other news I started reading the Hunger Games. Just demolished the first one. Ended up attaching the ipad to wifi and getting the second. Almost through with it now. Going to go pick up the third for this weekend. Also, tomorrow is the start of comic con so I'll be checking that out a little tomorrow to get my badge and then hardcore later in the weekend.
