Went to bed with the A/C on and woke up needing to put the heat on.

Just another mundane day of errands and work planned for today.

We broke a record with the rain fall yesterday - 31 mm's of rain fell. Beating the previous record of 27 mm's back in 1964. ... and now its cold and snowing!

I bought an older Kawasaki 250 enduro last night (over 35 years old) that I plan on redoing to some degree. It will be a nice little "field" bike for use around the house and it gives me a project to work on while I'm waiting for decent weather to come back into play. Once it's complete, it should last quite awhile as my off road jumping days are over for sure. Those muscle sprains here and there take a hell of a lot longer to heal than compared to 30 years ago :)

It is looking almost like a full day of work for a change. I just got back from my visit to the hospital and hopefully, I will be home all day.

Have had no time to work the past week due to a crazy offline life I hope to change that this week |loony|

I went for my yearly check-up and my blood pressure and sugar were high. The doc. is giving me one month to change it on my own so I don't have to go on medication. So my walks have increased from 3 miles a day to 5 ugggh I split it up into two sessions. No complaints from my dogs though!

Good morning. Just a ton of work on tap for the day. At some point today I'll be running to get a haircut and to the bank.

Last night I actually went to the gym which felt good. Was weak from being sick but felt good to get back to a normal schedule of working, gym, food, and tv. :)
