Double URL Watermarked Content
 

Ive been reviewing some sites over the past couple of days that have two sites watermarked on the bottom. Two totally separate sites. Two totally separate programs. What do you guys do with that? Im pretty sure the same "person" owns both the programs..

If you know the same person owns both programs then it should be okay. But you'd have to know the same person owns them both.

I say this because my paysites (in the same program) have some content that is double watermarked. This is due to me purchasing Hungarian Honeys and adding some of the content to Busty Cafe since they are big boobed models.

I think it's BS. I don't want to use content that watermarks with the site I'm promoting as well as another 'all access pass' watermark to get type-ins. It's bad enough when some programs watermark with their mega site that affiliates can't promote. I know for my own sites, type-ins are as much as 15% of my traffic.

What HowlingWulf said is very true.

Most programs now use 1 watermark.

As an affiliate I hate it. Promoting site A with a watermark to site B.

As a pay site owner I'm not watermarking 3 videos separately and uploading 3 videos (taking 3 times the storage space and times) of a "busty" "pornstar". That one video will be on the BUSTY pay site, the PORNSTAR pay site and the ALL ACCESS pay site.

It sucks but with today's economy and state of the internet a program needs to have mulitple pay sites and usually an all access pass to survive. The market is just not the same as it was 3-5 years ago where any pay site could make money and it didn't need a lot of content.

I should have said in my original posts, I know why its being done. And the reason I asked is because, I dont want to screw the submitter by rejecting the site just because the program(s) he is pushing is using the policy.

I just ran into it yesterday when I went to look at a sponsor's latest content. Not only double watermarked, but it's so big it's more an advertisement of 'TYPE THIS URL IN SO I DON'T HAVE TO PAY THIS AFFILIATE'. I can understand why they do it, I hope they understand why I won't use it.

I'd say it's submitter's choice if he wants to use that content or not.

Some of our FitBodzz content is double watermarked because Teaseum bikini has us shoot for them and lets us use the content as long as its watermarked. We try to keep our watermarks unobtrusive. Feedback welcomed.

if covers up a large area of the content, don't list it, but I haven't seen seen any yet, but if it's a long time good submitter, I'd let it slide

I wont use watermarked content for TGPs. Paysite owners, you are losing traffic because of your watermarks. If you prefer seeing ARS, gamma and Teencash getting the hits instead of you, keep slapping your watermarks on the pics. Their money is as good as yours.

I remember the first to get big watermarkes was rage cash on there movies wow what some time went by
