Question about recips

Sometimes when I submit a site I won't get listed in all LLs I put recip up. That's OK, not everyone will like my site.

Now, if I want to take a recip down because I didn't get listed and put up a new one to other LL, what happens? That change my site. Do you check the sites with some script and automatically black list me because my site was changed?

Basically, I have nothing against it if I have some recips up without listing, as all those LLs has listed my other sites and I can keep every recip up as thank you, but if I feel someday so much of energy that I wanted to do it, I want to know if anything bad happens because of that.

I'm build, submit and forget man, so I don't really believe I will ever do it, but just in case, I want to know.

Most link lists don't check page sizes & whatnot, so you should be safe - I think our general rule of thumb is that you can change anything you want, as long as you're still following the rules :)

I have better things to do with my time then going searching for each URL that I submit to every place that I submit to. As long as I keep seeing traffic in my stats from the places that I submit to then I don't worry about it. Also some places take a very long time to list you so there is the chance that you would take down a recip before they got around to reviewing your site.

I will take the time to "adjust" recips on some sites that have other value - eg:-SE value

but as said... staying within the rules is all that is required
