Software for blocking RTA-labeled sites

Does anyone know of a good plug-in/non-spyware-laden parental control software for testing pages containing the RTA (Restricted to Adults) tag? Preferably something that blocks the page because the tag is there, not because it parses the page and determines that it must contain adult content because it says "porn" somewhere.

Basically I just want to test and make sure RTA-labeled pages are being filtered by content blocking software that supports RTA. I like to see it in action rather than looking at HTTP headers and assuming it's working :)

I've tried downloading the IE plugin recommended at rtalabel.org (Parental Control Toolbar) but it's hosted at Download.com and cuts off after 600kb and is corrupt.

Suggestions would be appreciated.

Maybe you find something online like this page:

Here's a list of software that recognizes the RTA label

Parental Control Bar is free and seems fairly easy to use.

Thanks. One thing I'm surprised by is that Apple's parental controls don't seem to scan for it. I don't know if its the mod_headers method I'm testing that it's not recognizing or if it just doesn't recognize RTA, period. I've been playing with it all weekend. RTA is a nice, simple way of blocking content but it doesn't seem to be widely supported yet by the big filters.

< META NAME="rating" CONTENT="restricted" > (or adult instead of restricted)

should be enough to trip most of the filters.

But just to be safe at this point, just for CYA sake, I use the above along with ICRA and RTA.

Just an update on RTA and Apple parental controls...

Apple parental controls DOES recognize it. It just doesn't seem to work when you use the mod_headers method with Apache. It has to be hard scripted in the HEAD tag for it to work (I had a feeling that would be the case.)
