Go to Google's cache of a page which appears to be owned by someone from Mad Moolah and scroll down until you see the delightful image which reads "You Attempted to Steal a Picture You Could Have Gotten for Free at WhoringWives.com" Yes, MadMoolah is hotlinking pictures from one of their affiliates sites. |thumb

Also, they're cleverly bypassing many sites' hotlink protection by hotlinking their thumbs through Google Images. Nice trick, cocksuckers.

Looks like a pretty "karmicly" balanced system to me.

You mentioned that the traffic was being redirected so the only bandwidth that is used is by spiders (and the links from this site). The guy/gal that put up this page gets a little SE traffic and the image hosts get incoming links with a minimum of bandwidth load. Seems pretty fair to me. Plus the images are coming from Google's cache.

If I were going to cry foul it would be toward Google (or Yahoo or even MSN) for even having an image index in the first place.

Seems this guy found a clever way to use Google for his benefit. I have to have some respect for that, but I don;t know that I would call him a cheat, per se.

I just want to point out, I know that script that is being used, and Smokey The Bear on gfy wrote it....

They were all 404 when I first read your post yesterday. The redirects you saw could have been due to a general 404 redirect like the one I use. ex: http://www.bevyofbabes.com/this-pg-doesnt-exist.html redirects to the warning page.

Just ask Smashing Thumbs & the rest of the "legit" sites that used that SE spamming keyword naming page generating program (nice title, huh?) that stole traffic from every major LL & TGP out there a couple years back.

Testing what, hotlinking directly from me? Google's cache is all the evidence I need. At one point, they were obviously hotlinking an image from one of my pages - NOT via Google Image results - which is still wrong. Lazy bastards. Google's cache quite clearly displays their attempt to hotlink the image at this URL. They had that linked to my image, not to the gallery page itself. No surfer would ever see my page, just my stolen image.

Whether or not they altered the page to no longer hotlink my image is neither here nor there. A page of theirs remains live which robs me of SE traffic. I'm not going into detail because I don't want to teach this trick to more theiving bastards.

Actually, SmokeyTheBear on GFY is selling copies of this script on gfy, calling "Blackhat SEO Script", I think Blake was playing it for a while and never really did anything with it...he is asleep now though, so I won't speak for him, but I truely beleive this was something he played with for a while and never developed anything

if he is someone you have been working with in the past, why not go to him first and figure it out?

if you look at the url, it even says stb as the directory, so I know for a fact this was just him playing with shit

they ALL 404 now, so it very well could have been him playing with the script during a google update, the pages got cached and indexed, and he pulled it all down a week later

The offending domain is registered to the same address as MadMoolah.com and DirtyDaisy.com. They are at fault. Therefore, they've lost my 10 hits per day. :D

And 404ing to their own Dirty Daisy promotional page is a good thing, when they are using the name "Raven Riley" as their primary keyword phrase on many of those pages?

I don't know Vegas and Angel and I don't know about their personal lives. I know that their site has been juggled from sponsor to sponsor and I know that I signed up to promote them back when they were still just CCBill. Any page I have promoting them was built before they started the juggling process and I've had to change the linking codes a couple of times, though I've never once received any warning that they were changing programs. Always had to figure it out on my own.

BTW - I don't post at GFY, nor do I bathe in a mixture of shit and vomit, so please don't assume that I know everything the surfmasters at GFY know. ;)

I’m not here to give a “standardized” sponsor answer, but simply to tell you what happened, whether you chose to take that at face value is your choice since it’s obvious that you have an issue with us and our program…which incidentally was sold Dirty Daisy back in March of last year so how was it our responsibility to notify you that we had been sold the site? I would imagine the selling party would have e-mailed you, and know for a fact that they did send out a standardized e-mail as it ended up on the boards a week later.

Anyhow back to the point at hand, yes this was an seo script that is the same script being sold by STB on GFY. I was attempting to make use of the script and after a week or two of playing with it found I neither had the time nor energy to make it work correctly. However, since you seem not to know what this script is, it automatically will build a page depending on what a surfer types in, if someone types in Raven it will pull from googles images pictures of raven that, when clicked on, will go to the image themselves. If your image was linked to it was done so because it was indexed in Google’s images.

I had intended to make some use of the script through more research but have found, as I stated above, I neither have the time nor energy to play with it and tweak it to work correctly and have pulled it from my server. Cached pages…well I can do nothing about those. Anyhow it’s obvious that you are not going to be satisfied with any explanation given but there it is.

UW, the image that is hotlinked is pulled by the script from a google search done by the script, everything to the script is automated after it has been set up correctly. I do apologize that this image was hotlinked by the script, it is obvious that I was not intentionally doing this to harm anyone otherwise the script would still be up and running don't you think?
