a sad ending to a sad story FINALLY

Cleo 2005-03-31 10:26 AM

And now back to our regular schedule…

When people don't let go

Greenguy 2005-03-31 10:40 AM

About time.

RawAlex 2005-03-31 11:40 AM

Good. Nothing more to see here, move along.

I was disgusted by the number of losers, hangers on, and media whores that have shown up on this one in the last 2 weeks.

You know when Jessie Jackson shows up, that whichever side he is on will be losing. He's an excellent speaker and truly appears to believe in things, but he is a negative barometer if there ever was one.

Terri died 15 years ago... it just took everyone else 15 years to figure it out.

And that is the sad truth. I wouldn't want to keep someone on life support for that long, but I wouldn't want to be the one to make the decision to shut it down either. No matter what, it was a story destined to end in tears for both sides.

At last the Girl gets a little dignity back

All those media whores will probable packup and head to Santa Maria now to get in on the parents pimping their children to Michael Jackson fiasco

Yell 2005-03-31 12:01 PM

It is a tough decision i had to do it once and hopfully never again. The familys just don't want to let go. Her husband did the right thing.

spazlabz 2005-03-31 12:27 PM

god, I hate to bring this up. But I think the repubs are gonna suffer a backlash from this in the mid terms because of how intrusively they interjected the fed government in what a majority of Americans feel is a very private matter.

pornrex 2005-03-31 12:32 PM

Rest In Peace...

We can only hope :) The backlash already started.

Nope, not kidding and I agree, thats a bit of outrageous to me as well.

Kinky 2005-04-01 05:11 AM

I'm sure they have huge legal fees to pay but that is not the right way to go about paying them off :(

spazlabz 2005-04-01 05:15 AM

your right.... I won't get into an all out hate fest for the far right and their messed up priorities in this thread, because it is a sad thread about Terry. But I am positive, no doudt in my mind, that their legal fees are very well taken care of by the special interests who gained (lost) so much through this entire ordeal.

It won't ..it will be "spun" to become a cause for judicial reform which is what i believe the only reason george interrupted his vacation.

I find it amusing that 11 kids die in MN, 18 die in an oil refinery blast in TX (which Al Queda *sp* claimed was their doing and the FBI "pooh-pooh" it), who knows how many in Iraq..but he interrupts his vacation for this woman. There is much more to this agenda. |angry|

My thoughts exactly.

I wish I would have come up with that.

I think the husband should have just given her back to her parents and none of this would have happened. He went on with his life with a new woman and had two kids. WTF does he care about his real wife.

Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
