Finally, they have stopped ranking boards on replies only. There is still a board up kind of high that really has very little to do with this business but...what the hell? At least Boardtracker is making strides.

Ditto. Of course, figuring out how they rank them now is like trying to do a NFL QB's rating in your head, but it does look a bit more accurate now :)

Now if they would just stop reading threads that are nothing but lists of people's names and using that as a trigger... things would be nice.

John, naming the board would just contribute to the spam they are spewing. Literally, they took their member name list and posted it verbatim, in order to get people to get twigged by boardtracker if they have their name on there.

It's up to them, but to me it's just a cheap way to make page views and trick sponsors into thinking you actually have real traffic.

I was asked to be a guest on that board a couple months ago, but politely passed because, well, why draw attention to another board?

So since then I get ICQ spams about finding monkey's & ad rates & whatnot. The last one asked for a link trade, but I couldn't bring myself to trade with someone that uses the default font style & size for their link trades, combines words & only uses CAPS on the 1st letter.
