first of all i think there are to many pics

Yeah - way too many pics - plus you're over 800 wide by a lot so some surfers would have to scroll to the right to see the pics, which is annoying IMHO.

Too wide, table should be 740-760 wide
Too many pics, 15-16 is all you need
Not enough text and words (Put some sales text between each row of thumbs talking about the paysite so when they get to the bottom they will be actually looking for the link or banner to the paysite)
Link or banner needed at the top
Text at the bottom in black isn't nice looking for reading. Make it "brighter"
2257 link is too prominent. Take BOLD off it and move it down some
