Not much planned for today. Exercise, trumpet practice, reorganizing the basement.

I will likely watch some of the football. A friend, originally from Vancouver, is a Seattle Seahawks fan so that one is likely.

Another night with hideous leg cramps on my bad leg. I think I maybe overdoing it and need to have a few days of rest but I really suck at this rest thing and don't seem to have an off button.

Going to do a bit of work and then maybe use the whirlpool at the gym. Other than that I'm a host at a art show tonight with my Meetup group.

Spent the day wandering round Nairobi suburbs ... tidy heatwave here, i should be somewhere with a pool with a drink, but no....

I actually took a Saturday off today! First day I have not worked since Christmas.
