Well, yesterday's Open House produced zero potential buyers :( I kinda expected that, with the Holiday shopping season & a Bills home game here in Orchard Park. Tomorrow is the Broker Open House so hoping for some interest & feedback from that 🤞🏻

Speaking of the Bills, here's how the game went:

On the other hand, my 2 Fantasy Football teams are looking pretty good! One is in the Playoffs & 1st overall in points and the other is in 2nd Overall (no Playoffs in that league) |tddance|

After the Open House & Bills debacle, I made The Bitch watch Spider-Man: Homecoming, which she enjoyed. Next up: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 & she'll be pretty much caught up in the Marvel Avengers Universe |thumb
(I haven't even bothered trying to explain the mess of a timeline that is the X-Men movies - but she did like Deadpool)

Today, I have to pick up the ASSIL from work & then take him to a doctor appt. After that, seeing as The Bitch is off from work, I'll be vegging out with her |lovers|

Good Morning :)

Yesterday was fabulous as the wife and guest were out of the house most of the day allowing me to do a bunch of work in a quiet home. Unfortunately taking the guest to the airport kept getting pushed back due to delays and since my wife crashed early from all the excitement of the weekend I had to keep the guest entertained until a very late drop off at an extremely busy airport. Did not get home till late and then had to work. I'm now a tired puppy and will need a big nap sometime today.
