Mainstream legal agreements
 

I'm going to be doing more mainstream stuff in the future, nothing complicated, just one or two page sites for local businesses. I've done a few for friends and didn't care about paperwork, but now I'll be dealing with friends of friends or strangers.
Anyhow, my lawyer says it would take him less time and cost me less money if I had a template of an agreement that he could adapt to local laws and circumstance.
Any idea where I could find something like that?
