Remembering MML

I was looking at today's birthdays and I notice that MrMaryLou would have been 54 today. I never met the man but through our virtual world I felt I knew him. He was very pleasant and always helpful. I wish he was still here.

Here's to you MML. Happy Birthday! |thumb

I'm kind of a wuss about thinking about painful things.

Here's to ya man. You were a straight up pack leader.

MeatPounder 2012-01-24 11:18 AM

Happy Birthday big guy!

Unfortunately I didn't know him well. However he was the very first person to help guide me through building freesites properly so he helped me greatly as a newbie.

RIP MML and happy belated birthday.

I was telling someone else a few days ago I miss MML. I never forget how much he helped me when I was doing reviews for RR a few years ago, he was there to answer my questions right away whenever I needed help. |mml|

I miss MML and I really miss the old times.

Internext just happened and no one was there. I wasn't there for the first time in 11 years. We've always had a hook up night with the peeps from this board. Times have changed, it's sad and MML being gone makes it more sad.

The last Internext that I went to was the second to last Florida show and it just plain sucked in so many ways but mostly it sucked because none of the people from this board were there. I really miss the old days, both the money and the great get-togethers.

As far as MML goes all I can say is he is missed on so many levels. I'm old enough to have watched my parents die and a great deal of my friends have died. Death just plain sucks.

I have rarely met a person who was so much to so many. He has left a huge void. Networking was so key to him, and without his anchoring presence we have slowly drifted apart. I miss him every day... I know he has an endless supply of boobhats and bellys to enjoy now.

Greenguy 2012-01-25 12:50 PM

This was the 1st Internext that I've missed since 1999 :(

SheepGuy 2012-01-25 02:19 PM

Happy Birthday big guy, you sure are missed!

plateman 2012-01-25 07:58 PM

Yeah, first one I missed since Jan 2002 so I was there 10 years straight.

I’m glad I got to meet and hang with the big man on various trips to Buffalo, Vegas, Miami and right here in Chicago.
He was a good guy and helped me out when I needed it online.

RIP buddy.

I had the pleasure of meeting MML at Internet in 2004.
Great guy, sad you aren't around. Happy Birthday!
