I was supposed to take my BIL for blood work but he was not well enough to go. That been rescheduled for tomorrow. It's been tough trying to get work done along with helping him. Today is another attempt at getting caught up. I'll be watching the Jays game this afternoon as I work.

Today I went to the gym again, and it didn't kill me, so it sure seems like I am back in business, health-wise :-)

|dog and I had a swim in the lake too, and My GF was here, so ...

Rest of the evening will be Masterchef Australia, and a movie called something like "Fantastic beasts and where to find them".
