Good Saturday Morning

Good Morning
Damn, 13 hours of sleep and I am all set :)
Plenty more house and office work to do today but I should be around most of the day.

ngb1959 2005-01-15 09:12 AM

Good for you! Sleep is good. I didn't sleep a wink. Oh well. I can sleep when I'm dead.

11 degrees here with a high of 12 today...we're havin' a heat wave....a tropical heat wave...

Cleo 2005-01-15 09:17 AM

Fucking cold as hell here, 65˚F (18˚C) :D

I feel a need to go out and socialize with other humans this evening so I'll probably hit the Galleria Mall and find something new to wear. Then again it will probably get in the evening hours and I'll end up watching a movie and going to bed.

Watch the new Battlestar Galactica last night and loved it. :)

Is it time to be awake already? |potleaf|

MrMaryLou 2005-01-15 09:27 AM

Good morning all :) Coffee is on :)

Greenguy 2005-01-15 09:32 AM

Good Football Saturday Everyone!

I'll be scarce today as it is The Bitch's birthday - we went out last night for dinner & a donation to the local casino :D Today we're going to take the kids out to an early dinner & then I'll probably sneak off & watch football |tddance|

Ramster 2005-01-15 09:57 AM

Good Morning all. :)

Busy day for me too, gone most of the day. Enjoy!!

Torn Rose 2005-01-15 09:59 AM

ack..... cold as fuck here as well Cleo, I'd say it's the artic winds that have made it 72F here.....

I found some videos we made back in March that I was going to "do something with" and never did, so fuck it, burning them for the site. I am also burning them in 2 different qualities (high and med) so it's twice as fun as normal, (I just did high in the past)

Been doing this for 18 hours now, and after some editing I render them and since I couldn’t do much of anything else I got some xbox in last night, and when I finished the rendering I may get more xbox time in before kickoff since I have to ftp them to the site, and being that there are twice as many files as folders this may take a while.

I love my job....

morn

good mornin everybody! another busy work day for me, but the coffee is getting the day started off right!

Useless 2005-01-15 10:49 AM

I just woke up about 5 minutes ago. Well, my wife woke me up. I probably could have slept forever. I'm feeling especially lazy to day, so who knows if I'll get anything done.

Damn Floridians.

The sun is shining here, but the water which gathered in my backyard yesterday from the rain and melting snow is now a tiny skating rink. So I'm going to go ahead and assume that today would be a bad day to work on my tan.

Greenguy 2005-01-15 11:16 AM

The Bitch just called me after sliding out our driveway into the middle of the street - this is what you get when it goes form 70 on Thursday to 19 on Saturday.

I'll be heading out with the salt bin in about 5 minutes :)

I know you want us the take the patsies down next week. heyy we tried to rest our starters versus the bills so you could get in.

sorry i missed you in vegas gg, i heard you had to leave early cause of the family sickness. hope all is well.

Cleo 2005-01-15 11:30 AM

We have fog today, WTF!

We just don't get fog where I live, never, it is just too topical, wet, and hot.

I was thinking of going to Art Deco Weekend down in Miami Beach but it is looking like a rainy nasty day out. Probably best anyway as I hate crowds.

I still seem to have a slight case of this flu or whatever it is that has been going around. Not really sick but not unsick either.

Guess I'll just go take care of my neighbor's cats and then go do something fun indoors, like go shop at the mall.

Actually if it wasn't for having to go take care of my neighbor's cats I would probably just go back to bed…

I'm not sure who I'm rooting for, sorta going game by game. I'd like to see Minnesota, St Louis, The Jets & Indy advance today, but that's mostly because I had guys on those teams in my Fantasy Leagues |jester|

Morning...Sunny for the 3rd day straight here in Vegas.. AMAZING.. 37 right now but up to 61.. and forcast is for Sunny thru Wednesday!!

Worked a show this week for the Promotional Products Industry ....really interesting how many shapes pens, cups and compressed t-shirts can come in. And i have a whole new stash of Worthless Junk except someone gave me a 80G jump drive with lanyard. WHOHOOO.. i love this job.

My youngest son at age 4 decided that he should get all the presents on my birthday and i won't age past 39. I love this..so today we are going shopping for HIS x-tra birthday and have to decide between and X-box or PS2 . *rolling eyes*.. well it's worth it to still be 39.

Out early so we can be back in time for OTB!!

we STEELER fans were actually hoping to get Pennington in that draft.

Even when the Steelers chose Michigan State wide receiver Plaxico Burress, they were so enamored with Pennington they made a strong push to acquire him with the Jets' No. 18 pick.

They offered New York coach Bill Parcells their second-, third- and fourth-round picks to move up and take Pennington -- an unprecedented offer by a conservative franchise that prefers to build via the draft rather than free agency.
