Took my last antibiotic yesterday. My blood pressure has returned to normal. This is my first day not on meds in 4+ years. I'll take it!

I've got a lot of running to do including taking my daughter to the dentist today. I know she doesn't social distance so she'll be in a mask today as will I. No Buffalo Jays |baseball| today. What's a guy to do? [Watch football? It's slower than baseball! LOL]

Spent yesterday in the mountains and today in bed. Its a rollercoaster ride I tell ya.

Taking today off from the outside work as I did too much yesterday. This frees me up to run to the post office, bank and grocery store.

Besides that it's the usual biz/tv stuff.
